How can I book a place at an SBK event?
If you would like to book a place at one of our events we are able to take bookings via our online registration form, by emailing email@example.com, post 10 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4YU, telephone 01732 897788, fax 01732 448047 or using our online chat service. We can also send you a booking form to complete and return or you can download it here.
What is the price to attend an event?
Please click on the relevant event and select 'event info'. This will then bring up the pricing for this event and any discounts we are currently offering.
Do I have to pay upfront for my place?
No, you will be sent a 30 day invoice by email and you can pay this via BACs, cheque or by debit card. If your invoice has not been paid prior to the event, delegates without proof of payment may be asked for either a credit card guarantee on the day or to sign a 'proof of attendance' form.
Am I able to reserve a place?
Yes, we encourage potential attendees to reserve their no obligation place until funding has been approved. To reserve your place, please email Leonna or call us on 01732 897788.
Do I need to have a purchase order number to place my booking?
No, we are able to process your booking without a purchase order number. If your organisation requires a purchase order number to pay the invoice then we ask that you request this and send it over to us as soon as you receive it.
What is included in the attendance cost?
The attendance fee includes documentation, refreshments and lunch; it does not include travel costs or accommodation.
Can I book my accommodation through SBK?
With most of our events we do offer you the option to book your accommodation through us. In order to guarantee your reservation, credit card details must be provided. We cannot accept any accommodation bookings without these details. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of the invoice not being settled one month following the event.
I am not able to attend anymore; can my colleague attend in my place?
Yes - substitution of one conference attendee for another are accepted at any time – please send us an email informing us of the change.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
A refund of fees will be made only for cancellations received in writing 28 days prior to the event (less £90 administration charge). No refunds will be accepted after this date. Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time – please send us an email informing us of the change.
How do I access the updated event documentation?
After the event has taken place, we upload the event documentation on to our website. This includes updated documentation, slides that were not available on the day and can only be accessed by the event attendees. This is uploaded around 1 week after the event and each attendee will be emailed with the login details.
I have received my invoice but how and who should we make the payment to?
Cheque - Please make this payable to SBK (UK) Ltd and send to our office address – SBK Healthcare, 10 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4YU.
BACs Payments - Bank - Santander UK PLC, Bootle. SBK (UK) Ltd, Sort Code 09-01-50 Account Number 05321182. Please quote your unique invoice reference (found under the remittance section).
Debit Card Payments - Please do call us on 01732 897788 to provide your card details. We will process the payment and email you a receipt.
Credit Card Guarantee - Credit card details can be taken to secure your place whilst you arrange payment through your organisation.
